how to activate the plugin by sftp if the wordpress don’t allow to add new plugin [closed]

hi all i have a client website. the website is live and running. vlient neds remote user sync profile between two points. the problem is that the website don’t have cpanel and also don’t have add new option. when i upload the file of plugin from sftp port 22 so plugin is updated. but the issue is that plugin is not showing. i don’t know who is that programmer that disable the website. client don’t want the website off. so is there any method that i can activate the plugin through sftp. your help is highly appreciable.
