Removing unused script from the WordPress

I have a problem on the website which results with changes only be visible to the logged in admin.

I realized this is a caching problem.

Here is what I did so far:

After that nothing helped. So I looked at the source code. I realized that the problem is because there is a old script from the caching plugin still on the English version of the site (because only English version of the site is having problems)

My question is: How do I remove this cached script on the English version of the site?
